Proffessional, worked around my schedule. I was able to contact them on a Sunday for a job I needed done quickly. Great people to work with on your projects. Highly recommend them! I wanted to add on to my previous review from 10/25. Today is January,9th,2026. My mothers installed heater has been working great, got a call from her while at work. She had splashed some water the sensor while mopping and the alarm went. She said the alarm had stopped the hot water. I called Paloma and in no less than 30 minutes the General manager had a crew member come to my moms house to turn the water back on. They are the best in the business, you can tell they take care of their clients. 10/10!

Everyone that I have interacted with this company is very friendly and professional. I had to have the entire plumbing for my house redone after multiple leaks were found which was handled quickly and efficiently by the whole Paloma team. I would greatly recommend them for anyone's plumbing needs!

He explained the resolution and ensured that no other issues occurred with my drain before he even left the site. 10/10 would recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Molly was also very nice on the phone and ensured to get Joel out to my address and kept me updated on Joel’s ETA. Had a leak in the ceiling of the garage that put us out of water for a couple of days. Within a couple hours Joel at Paloma Plumbing had the situation diagnosed and fixed without a hassle.
