Absolute scam artist. The business owner is rude beyond belief. Super expensive after spending a lot of money last year this year they got me for another service fee told me it was the fan. I paid a 50% deposit and after the fan was installed, the job still was not complete. They now say you need something else. This company should not be trusted. They were referred to me by someone so this is a shame.

Since we had our HVAC system installed, it has never worked well. From a cheap thermostat to leaking ducts and noise Sistem that needs a maintenance every new season leaving us not less than $1000 bill for any simple visit.We’ve had numerous problems. They have been repairing it and did a major service on the machine, claiming it was necessary after 10 years. However, I have spent about $6,000 and it still isn't working properly. They never show up when needed. Now, I am ending up having to replace the entire system and break ceilings to install a new one. -

If I could I would give this review zero stars. We have been using this company for about 12 years for our Veterinary Clinics. Our HVAC unit needed servicing as our AC was not cooling. I told them we had pets here and it was unsafe not having any AC. They arrived two days later and didn't show up on the day they told us they were arriving. They didn't even notify us that they weren't coming since they backed up. When they finally arrived they looked at the HVAC unit and left saying that they needed to build a piece and left with no return date. While the technician was here he said that it was hot in here so he knew how bad the condition was. The same day I called another company for a second opinion and they fixed it that same day. Just saw this company’s van doing 55 miles an hour going down to residential block in Brooklyn. Completely irresponsible, disgraceful lack of concern for the safety of the community. From what I can see, this is not an isolated incident. Scummy company

We had HAVC lnstalled by them 11 years ago and from Day 1 there were isuses, for which they continued to charge for every service call and there was a problem almost every summmer. Really, we spent several thousand dollars on top of the16000 initial cost. We recently bought a service contract from HomeServe for maintenance and repair but HomeServe canceled the cotract once their techincian came out to fix it and saw the system was not inatalled properly with no proper drainage, pulling water around the unit and shuting it down automatically.
