The crew is professional, kind, and work their tails off till the job is done—I honestly feel honored to have met such a phenomenal group. Shout out to Shane for always making sure my Mom was 100% satisfied, and always approaching each day of work with gumption and perseverance. Palouse Floors were the absolute best to work with!! They were very timely, even calling me back the same day I filled out an inquiry on their website. We live very rurally and they were happy to make the long drive out to us. Spencer was amazing, very thorough and easy to communicate with. Shane and Matt (our install guys) were very professional and so considerate. Our project took 3.5 days and each evening the guys cleaned up the site knowing that we were still living there with our three year old. The final product looks amazing, I am so happy with it. These floors have totally transformed our 120 year old farmhouse. Our community is blessed to have a local business like this, I cannot recommend them enough.

From the beginning to the end, Palouse Floors were very kind and helpful with my whole house project! I ran into several unforseen issues where they were supportive and helped navigate the hurdles economically. The guys were respectful, cleaned up before leaving each day, and were willing to go above and beyond. The trim work is almost complete, and I couldn't be happier with how it has turned out! Quality workmanship from start to finish. I would definitely hire them again!

Our floors are BEAUTIFUL! We had a great group of guys working here. Everyone whom we interacted with at Palouse Floors was professional, listened to our questions/concerns, and was able to answer those questions and calm the concerns. Every day that the crew was here, they NEVER left a mess. They always tidied up before they were done for the day. As a mom of 7, not having to pick up another mess was very appreciated! The finish carpenter they hired, Skeate Enterprise, did an amazing job on all the base boards, cabinet trim, and a little bit of stair trim. They even fixed my front door, now it opens/closes like it's supposed to! Overall a GREAT experience! We would recommend them for any flooring needs!
