Palouse Garage Door just finished installing a new garage door opener. The men were polite and informative. They installed my new door quickly and removed all the old equipment leaving my garage clean. They walked me through my new wi-fi opener explaining and showing me how to use it along with my keypad outside. My new opener runs smoothly and quietly. They were pleasant to work with and this project lists as one of our smoother contracted projects. Mid-installation, we observed they were about to place the windows on a row other than what had been specified—they cheerfully checked their orders, found the mistake in the paperwork, offered a reasonable solution, and finished the installation in a timely manner. The father of the lead came by to check his son’s work before collecting payment; he found a few aesthetic issues that we would not have known to look for, and asked to return shortly in order to finish the project up to his standards. I've got a rental home in Moscow that had a damaged garage door. Called Palouse Garage Door and they scheduled a service tech to come out. New tenants were moving in and Dave came through on time. Repaired the door quickly, and had the needed opener fob on his truck. Very professional, and a reasonable price. I'll call them again if needed.
