The new owners and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I came to PC Stone after someone else broke my granite countertop. I couldn't find new granite to match my other countertops and didn't want to do more demo to replace all the granite. So I asked Betsy in the office if they could try to repair it. (Everyone else said it couldn't be done.) She called the owners, who came to our home to see the broken countertop, and said that because it was a "busy" design with a clean break, they could try to repair it. They even had their guys pick it up to get it out of the way of the kitchen repairs. Today two guys returned with the granite to do the repair. They were both friendly and went straight to work. I forgot to ask their names, but I soon saw that one was the assistant to the master.

these folks, from Lela in the office to the installers were a real pleasure to work with. they helped us find a solution and installed beautiful granite. the installer took a lot of care to make sure it installation was perfect. Thanks for a great job!

We did a kitchen remodel 08/2018 with new granite countertop and back splash. I didn't want to write a review, but I am so disappointed with the outcome. The countertop has areas which feel to the touch like they have chips (pea size) which feel like you could actually be cut. I have 2 seams in the countertop, both that are very visible and one is high enough, it catches dishclothe.

Eliza was great in the other lady was so sweet. Eliza listen to what I was looking for and took notes which is excellent.
