Panama Gutter & Screen

These guys were fantastic. They made me two screens for sliding doors. They fit perfectly and they had them ready in a couple of days. So nice to deal with. Thanks!!

I would definitely not use them again! They came to our house to get screens to repair that were damaged by the hailstorm. All of the trim on our house is tan, as was every screen they took. We also had them build an additional screen that was completely damaged prior to the storm. When my husband went to pick our screens up, the one they built for us was white. They insisted that they called and told him it would be white, even though every bit of trim on our house is tan. They were extremely rude during this process. When my husband question him as to why anybody would have one white screen on their house when everything else was tan, there was no good answer.

The work was satisfactory. Didn't install one of the doors and one set of vinyl frames was installed upside down. Had to call them back out for that. They never come the day they say they'll be there. Had to call back and was made to feel like I was bothering them when I just wanted to know when they'd be back so I could keep my dogs in. When they came back to install door and fix window, the window is 1/4" off from locking. The workers had no personality and left before I even knew they were finished or had time to check their work.

We had them install a patio cover over our patio. Did a great job! Had a couple leaks, but Mike was extremely great in working with us. My wife did not like where I had one of the ceiling fan beam and Mike was willing to install another one where she wanted it for a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend them for all your patio needs!

WOW - incredibly bad service - BEWARE. I have used them in the past, however, something has changed. Rhett came to my home promptly after my call. He gave me a reasonable quote and scheduled the job quickly. The installer was unable to complete the job on the scheduled day as a result of bad weather. Rhett informed me they would be out the following Saturday. No issues, it happens. However, they didn't show. That was a month ago. I have emailed Rhett on several occasions and left numerous phone messages. No response! Apparently Panama Gutter and Screen doesn't value customers or believe we disserve respect. You would be better off looking elsewhere.
