I cannot recommend Pablo highly enough for flooring restoration work in South Philly. When I purchased my Row Home, I was unsure about the floors, hoping the original wood was salvageable under multiple layers of ugly laminate. Pablo went above and beyond to confirm that the original heart pine flooring was intact beneath and could be beautifully restored. His work was meticulous: removing the unwanted layers of bad flooring, sanding, carefully patching holes left by previous tradesmen, and finishing it all with a gorgeous oil finish. My hardwood floors in my upstairs hallways and steps had an ugly brown paint on them and the floor was sticky. Pablo came out and gave my an estimate and told me when he could start my job and how long it was going to take and left me a written estimate. He was on time and very professional he also cleaned up behind himself and did not leave a mess. Pablo brought my floors back to its original look at a reasonable price and I was beyond happy.

Due to a tenants negligence, several areas of the hard wood flooring in one of our apartments was damaged. We had the areas sanded, stained and buffed and it blended right in and looked great. Pando Floors Inc did great work, on time, neat, and for a reasonable price. I would use them again.
