I had an outstanding experience today at Panel Town & Floors. I initially called and spoke with Adrienne about a specific Rubio color I was looking for. She told me they believed they had one in stock but wanted to confirm—and within five minutes she called me back to let me know they did and even held it for me. That alone was impressive. When I arrived, I went to the Rubio aisle and asked Adrienne about the accelerator. She immediately pointed out that the product I was purchasing should not be mixed with accelerator. I explained what I was working on and that I thought it was similar to Rubio 2C+. So I decided to take on the unbelievably difficult project of refinishing my floors, all by myself. After much research, I found most experts to say that Bona products were the best to put down. I contacted PANEL TOWN & FLOORS out of Columbus Ohio and they gave me a great deal and also shipped it super fast. I had a lot of questions and they were very patient with me, especially Jerod. He walked me through step-by-step what I needed to do which is above and beyond. I highly recommend them not only for their having the best price on Bona products but they are small company with a big heart. This is the before shot. I’ll be using their polyurethane on Friday. Can’t wait!!!

When I set out to refinish my hardwood floors, I was so nervous and unsure of the process. Dane helped me out immediately and was so patient and kind throughout the whole process. He took me throughout the store after he gave me a notepad and pen so I could write down his advice and steps, and helped me gather everything I would need.
