I got a charge from Panhandle Lawn on my credit card. I have never done business with them and do not even live in Florida. I called Shawn to figure it out and left a voicemail. Within minutes he called me back and told me that it was fraudulent and I need to call my bank. He went on to say he has been getting a ton of calls about the exact same thing. This man is going above and beyond by calling everyone back and helping them out. He has nothing to gain from that. Thats the kind of guy you want to do business with. Five stars all day.
Shawn the owner is a true professional in the lawn business and they they show up when they say they will show up. Highly recommend!
I called multiple days and left voicemail to at least set up an appointment but got no answer so I can't rate the service but the customer service is at 1.
