Visited from New Orleans today. The nice lady was helpful and nice.very large inventory of equipment and parts. Very knowledgeable staff. I will return when I am in the area.

UPS trashed a shipment from Panhandle PWS, and repackaged it with ZERO padding. Pump was damaged. PPWS had a replacement pump and return label on the way within 24 hrs. Good company run by good folks. Especially George, he was extremely helpful.

Very friendly. Very informative. And they carry everything I need. Always. Prices are high, but that's expected with shipping costs and inflation.. especially if you need it now. You're gonna have to pay. Great service team and very clean. 5 stars.as always every visit is stellar!! They've grown so much over the last several years as all of us have in the industry, its a pleasure to see.

I over nighted a p40 manifold from Josh for a project we were getting ready to start. The product was lost for a few days out of state so I had to re-order another.
