Panorama Windows, Ltd.

After researching and receiving consultations and quotes from 3 companies I went with Panorama to replace 4 windows in my southwest facing living room apartment. The windows were at least 40 years old, wind whipped in during the winter, despite blackout shades and AC it was broiling in the summer and dust was relentless. Ryan Coxen at Panorama was my contact and he delivered on and exceeded all expectations. From the initial appointment with through the 1.5 days (super fast) installation …. Could not be happier!!! Did not know it was possible to be this elated about windows especially since I have had so many terrible experiences with home upgrade contractors and vendors. Thank you Panorama!!!

Waited years to replace all windows in my prewar co-op... and chose Panorama based on quality. I was totally impressed! Team of 8 men did the whole job in under 2 days! Talk about efficiency. Left my place very clean. Also added primed molding, and all I had to do was wood fill, sand, and paint. The windows are gorgeous! Transformed my place high above the Hudson. With intense winds now, much quieter and warm.

Panorama Windows did an excellent professional job in installing my new casement windows. Their replacement windows are of the highest quality and the installation crew were fast efficient and great to work with.

I have nothing but praise for the crew who worked on my project, but the billing office is a total trainwreck. It was a complicated project in a prewar apartment, and in all fairness the project had to be split into three separate phases. In working through the estimate for the third phase, I noted that they'd improperly included a windowpane that had already been completed in an earlier phase (it is possible I am misremembering, and that the second pane was something we decided not to do). In any event, I flagged the second glass pane to them in an email. Rather than rewriting the entire estimate from scratch, they added in a credit at the end for the additional pane of glass. This was the estimate I signed and dated. Well after the work was done, Panorama came back to me and tried

Setting aside the wait time, we thought our job (4 new windows in a landmark building) was going very smoothly until the installation crew actually arrived, removed the old windows, and began to install the new (very expensive) replacements. We have now been advised that all four windows are the wrong size and that the entire process has to be repeated. For a company that we were told was "A-plus" - or for ANY company - this is a disgrace.
