We recently bought a home with a 30-year-old heater—and naturally, it stopped working just two months after we moved in. A friend recommended Papa Charlie’s, and I’m so glad they did. I spoke with Frank the owner, and his son Adam was able to come out the very next day. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and instead of jumping to suggest a full replacement (which we were bracing for), he said he believed he could fix it with a new part. Because of the age of our furnace, they had a difficult time locating the part, and found one available in a shop in California which took about a week to order. But as soon as it arrived, they installed it promptly and had our system running again in no time. We have had them come to our home and our business on several occasions. From fixing a furnace that died on New Years Eve, repairing it before the sun could even set, to installing industrial air conditioners for our Veterinary clinic. Every experience we've had with Frank and Papa Charlie's has been overwhelmingly positive, and every job we've hired them for has gone really smooth, even working around our patients and interacting with pet owners while trying to get our furnace back up and running. Frank, Adam and Joe were awesome! They came out super fast and had our gas fireplace back up and running in no time! They cleaned it out and were super friendly also. We will call them again for anything else needed!
