Terrible business practices! I had Paradigm come out for an estimate to replace a water heater in March 2025. I decided not To go with them because they were literally double the price of everyone else. I assumed the estimate was free of charge, because well, I was never told Otherwise. I never received a bill, however yesterday I received a phone call from an attorney, attempting to “collect a debt”. Upon calling paradigm, I was informed I was charged $146 for the estimate. They said they mailed me a bill. In these last months, nobody has called me to alert me to any unpaid bill and was never told I would be charged for the estimate in the first place. Just gross. I ended up going w Inlet Plumbing who did a great job for half the price and no drama.

Excellent service I had an issue with my Gas water heater’s flex-tube and waterline attachment having rusted . Bob came out. Prompt , knowledgeable, informative and expert care and quick efficient service He was a pleasure to have and felt complete trust in his expertise. Both Robin and Denise have helped me. Great communication and help from both ladies Highly recommend !!!

This company charged 524.00 said they fixed a leak in less than one hour but the replacement of a drain in the bathtub for 524.00 did not work. IMO this repair if it did work should be 300.00 max if I owned the business I would only charge 150.00 for that repair

$165 Just to get an estimate when 1 of their employees is already in my building, That’s just being greedy!
