I'm very pleased with the service .I met Paul and he definitely is a man of his word .they gave me an estimate for quality fencing at very reasonable prices including installation. The gentleman who installed the fence were very experienced Flavio and his partner worked very hard and finished a very big job in ample time .All there work is neat and perpendicular. A real quality installation. I put some before and after just to show the work.thank you guys again .

I went to a couple other companies in the area but none of them wanted to work with me. They wanted to sell me normal styles. I didn't want the same old boring styles. When I came to Paradise Fence, I was all ready for them to say no but it couldn't hurt to try. To my surprise the guy at the window had a completely different attitude. Horrible service!! I have been more than understanding and patient in the midst of the covid epidemic.. but their dishonesty has left a very bad impression. Multiple times I have been told my order is coming and it hasn’t. When I finally get a delivery, it was not until it gets here I am told it is not complete. This happened a second time. 3 times I’ve had to cancel other services that was dependent upon having a complete order. Then the delivery guy dumps the second delivery of material right on my lawn and left it for ruin. When I called to have him come back and place it where he left the other order.m, I was told it is company policy to leave it on the side walk. Well... twice he has not followed policy then. This is the worst place to buy they do not take back your material if you do not use it them say there is no return policy I buy something yesterday and return it back with my receipt and they did not take it back. The price is very high home depot better.
