August 2025 Update: Paradise Lawn is still a horrible company! Crews cut down all of my sugar cane, damaged my garden area, tore the downspouts off my house. Unfortunately, this is a reoccurring problem. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and human decency is quite appalling. The President, Eric Olseen should be ashamed for the poor and damaging performance of his company. Unfortunately, my HOA has been using this company for lawn care and they are absolutely horrible. On multiple occasions the lawn mower operators have driven over my outdoor rugs, which were on a concrete walkway, sending them into a million pieces all over the back yard for my pregnant wife to pick up. Recently, the crews have gotten even more lazy and distasteful. Last week, they mowed just one strip through

They cut into my lanai screen, don’t use guards on the trimmers to prevent it, came out to assess the damage and no communication after that.

Very unprofessional organization. Parked their work vehicle in a handicap space that I use to get into my home. The driver did not care to move it elsewhere and was too busy playing on his phone sitting against the front hood of the vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous…he didn’t speak a word of English so I’m not surprised at all…

At approximately 10:54am on 10/14/19, Paradise Lawns truck #72 attempted to run me off the road and/or collide with their vehicle while my 2 year old daughter was in the car. I was heading South on Murrell Rd. in Rockledge heading towards Viera Blvd traveling at the posted 40mph speed limit. Paradise Lawns truck #72 got right up to my bumper and started honking their horn. As we came around the bend, I noticed the light at Viera Blvd was red and there were no less then 6 vehicles alread at a stop in front of the light. I started to slow down, Paradise Lawns truck #72 swerved around me, encroached into my lane without using their blinkers and slammed on their brakes, coming to a complete stop with nearly 3 car lengths of empty space between them and the next vehicle. to begin, Cassidy is a really awesome person to deal with. If I could have you guys clone her, I would. Also, the rest of her crew is awesome as well. When you have a challenge like I do, you tend to either get people who understand or don't understand high functioning autism and out of my customers you guys are my favorite.
