Shawn and his crew were amazing for so many reasons. We had 4- 12 foot beautiful sabel palmetto palms installed but unfortunately 2 of them didn’t make it right at the one-year mark, mainly due to the fact that we were over watering. He was a man of his word, and came back out and replaced the palms, 4 months after my one year mark because he wanted to reinstall in spring. No questions asked and was extremely friendly. These guys really do guarantee their work, and they left the yard as if nothing had been touched.
I have purchased multiple trees from Paradise Palms. Great service and healthy trees.
