My old crawlspace door was starting to fall apart allowing rodents and other pests to get in. My crawlspace is actually pretty roomy and I saw the structure was already framed for a larger door, so I had Dakota come out and replace it. The new door is well balanced and very well sealed. He was also able to find materials and paint that match (or very closely match) what's already on the house. I mentioned that I was going to do some hardscaping around the door to help keep it clean and protect against water damage and he offered advice on how it should be done. I'm so satisfied with the door and Dakota is such an exceptional handyman that it got me thinking that I should just have him do the hardscaping as well.
