Several days ago I experienced a main line septic back up and then discovered that my septic tank was not in the location indicated by the county records. Even a Locator couldn't find the main line clean outs or the tank. Meanwhile, we had no ability to flush toilets, take showers or put anything down our drains. One member of our family is severely disabled and taking care of him without bathroom accommodations was extremely difficult. It appeared that we would need to blue stake the area which takes about five days before they could excavate to find the tank. Tom, the general manager, heard about our dilemma, appeared at our door and found the tank within twenty minutes. Four hours later, he and his crew had the problem identified, addressed and fixed. This company is amazing! Their service (pumping) over the years has been beyond satisfactory. Recently we had to have our leach pit repaired and Paradise Septic stepped up as usual doing an exceptional job. The whole process from estimates, customer service, final cost and getting the job done in a timely matter was spot on. They were patience & accommodating to our needs. I would recommend them to anyone needing their system serviced. KUDOS to the crew!

My Septic leach field failed 24 years old Michael and team repaired with a new septic leach pit good response its a big job took 2 days I recommend they know what they're doing

A shining light of great service these days. EVERYONE we've worked with at Paradise Septic has been friendly, fair, and very nice. They don't overcharge us and show up with a smile and great energy.
