Paragon Moving & Storage

I have been partnering with Paragon Moving and Storage to handle my business moves and referring them to my clients as well, and have had nothing but wonderful feedback. The team at Paragon is high on integrity and they want to do the best they can to meet their clients needs. Moving is stressful and complicated, and there are always curveballs and hiccups no matter who you use. What matters is that the people running the show will stand behind their service - and Paragon does. Good people, good culture, good business to partner with.

Organized our cross country move with Paragon. We've heard horror stories about hiring movers, so we tried our best to find a good local option to book through but it looks like we couldn't avoid it either. We will now be going on weeks without a dining room table because Paragon largely miscalculated the space we would need in their truck with left a portion of our things in their "overflow" across the country with no ETA of arrival. After 2 weeks we finally received an ETA, but we will have gone a month without a dining room table. We get no compensation for their mistakes because of the clause that excludes overflow shipments, even though it was their miscalculation. Hopefully we can work something out and I will change my opinion/review.

I’ve hired movers 4 times. This company I’ve hired back to back the last two moves. The first two always were disappointing. Things broken, mismanaged, slow. Paragon in Minneapolis are excellent, extremely pleasant to work with, and care for your things like they are your own. The communication is outstanding and they are prompt. I used them most recently for a move to New York and they coordinated everything with a national truck line Wheaton. In particular the truck driver Tim from Wheaton was outstanding and again, prompt, efficient and very pleasant to work with. These are the people to call for your move- packing, hauling and unpacking. You will not be disappointed and the fact I’ve used them twice in a row I hope is the vote of confidence.

Paragon Moving went above and beyond for us. We are so grateful we chose them. The crew was efficient, careful, fun and very respectful. Beyond that we were moved out of our home with our entire home belongings in their truck and were not able to move into our new home due to a tenant still living there and had not moved out. We did not know what to do and were very stressed mostly with "What are we going to do with all of our belongings in the moving truck?" The Paragon staff member Bob, was very compassionate and reassured us not to worry. They would store all of our belongings until we are able to move in to our new home and they will do their best to use other trucks they have for their jobs and to not to use the truck our items are in so it didn't have to be unloaded and reloaded. We used Paragon to coordinate a long distance move for my aunt. Wheaton is the larger company, and her belongings are still in storage/transit, so I can't comment on the entire process. But step 1 went well. Jamie with Paragon did a nice job on helping my aunt through the estimate and prep process. The actual packing/loading crew, Nate and Tyler were great: prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. Just hope delivery in Denver goes as well as this part! I can't really comment on value as we had difficulty getting other quotes.
