He was quick to respond to questions, followed up to make sure everything was going well, and came back the next day to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. We recently had our roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the results. Jonathan H. was the first point of contact—he came out quickly after we called, assessed the damage, and even placed a tarp over the roof to prevent further leaking while we waited for the full replacement (prior companies we called and came out did not even offer to do this). The new roof looks fantastic and has already held up well during a heavy storm the evening after completion. Pricing was fair and competitive compared to other quotes we received, and there were no surprise charges. Would highly recommend.

Paragon roofing is amazing. Jonathon worked with our insurance and everything all we had to do was pick out color for the shingles. I work weird hours. He was able to work around my work schedule and come in the evenings to meet with us. It was a very fast process in less than a week from the day of estimate. We had a brand new roof and it only took them one day to put it on. They cleaned up so good you could not even tell we had a new roof. I would recommend them a million times or more.

Johnathan Hammons of Paragon Roofing delivered on promised services and went above and beyond. He came out on a Sunday when I called regarding roof damage due to a wind storm because rain was coming the next day. He represented my best interests when we had to fight insurance to pay for a new roof (when they did not want to cover). He was able to help me secure payment via insurance for a whole new roof and always kept me updated throughout the entire process. His workers came out to replace the roof, started at 8a and finished around 6:30p. They were quick, professional and did quality work!
