Paragon Supply

I am just so impressed with Paragon Supply! I worked with TJ for patio pavers and Mike for garden stone. They were both so helpful and wonderful to interact with! And I can't say enough about the gentlemen that delivered the products! They were SO KIND and did such an efficient job. I would highly recommend Paragon and can't wait to order from them again!

The two staff members I had contact with were both rude and insulting. I would go out of my way to avoid this business. I was a repeat customer having purchased a circle paving kit years ago. Obvious customer service is absent at this business. Sad state of human discourse and I paid for the items only to be disrespected. And to boot I'm almost eighty years old.

My husband orders ton of product from this company and Brian is always especially helpful and friendly. Great selection, however, they have the absolute RUDEST woman working at the counter. I don't know how she gets away with talking to people the way she does, but today, I walked out with four pieces my husband special ordered, and he asked me to check out stone for our house while I was there. Val, I believe her name is, was so appallingly rude to me, that I opted to walk out and take my business elsewhere. Everyone esle is friendly, but she is a nightmare!

Paragon has just hands down an amazing selection of stone, brick and pavers. The entire staff is courteous, eager to help, and knowledgeable about their products. Compare prices if you need peace of mind, but you will not be disappointed.

Not really sure why this women would leave such a bad review for Val, I have personally had a privilege of dealing with her for over 20 years. She was a saleswomen were I purchased my motorcycle before coming to Paragon. Val has always been very professional in all of the hundreds of transactions I've had, and thats not always an easy task. I don't know as much about stone and building materials as i do motorcycles, And I can always count on Val for helping me get all the correct information and make sure I don't buy stuff I don't need. Bottom Line is don't judge Val by this one women comments, maybe this women just had a bad day and Val was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
