I was very pleased and impressed with this company. Had some major ice dams forming and some leakage starting in my house. Left a message on the Paramount website after business hours and five minutes later I got a call from the owner. I was impressed with the conversation and he came down the next morning to take a look at my situation. We walked around the house. He explained everything that he thought needed to be done and gave what I thought was a very fair price. I was very impressed with Brandon’s, the owner, work ethic and the crew that he sent do my roof. They did everything they said they would and after they finished, brought me out to review the work and make sure I was satisfied. We had our roof replaced back around May 2024 They did it in one day even though they were here until 1030pm that was fine. Fast forward to February 2025 we noticed yellow spots in our kitchen. Called on February 13th left message never heard from them. My husband attempted to contact Amber in the office several times and never heard from them. Finally after all that they send Matthew Eades out on the 20th of March. He comes (with his children) and looked found out the vent wasn't sealed off. He then goes up and quickly seals it and leaves. So we then notice an even bigger yellow spot that was not there when they came out. So I attempted to contact them on August 20th they said they would send someone out on that Saturday the 23rd. In the summer of 2025 we had a roof replacement as well as gutter guards installed on our home by Paramont Roofing systems.While we were on vacation, a neighbor shared that one of the gutters had been dislodged by high winds in December. Even though it was during the holiday week I called Paramount roofing systems and the response was amazing . The next day Joe , Nick and Eddie came out and made the repair even though the temperatures were in the teens, and the roof was somewhat snowy. Photos of the repair were set to me by Tony. This response was very quick and shows that Paramount Roofing MI will fix the issues .
