Brett is next to the worst person to deal with. I was in a big dilemma with a destroyed basement due to a sewage back up. It was bad. It took a month to get help. After getting adjusters, and a mold remediation company, Brett came by, and promised me the world. He was also well aware my insurance company, needed an itemized list of all work inside and out including the rough flooring put back. This is what insurance companies need before they disperse such a large amount for a new sewage system. Brett told me no problem, he'll get it to me ASAP. which he did. However, it wasn't itemized. After serval attempts , he finally told me he sent it out to the adjusters email I gave him. I waited several months only to find out it was never sent out. No problem. Mistakes happen right?
