Hired Andy and his crew to renovate my condo in Ramsey and it was a wonderful experience. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and very fairly priced. He was able to work quickly as I needed to turnover my unit quickly for incoming renters. He also took the time to explain and educate me on recommended repairs/fixes/etc which I really appreciated. My experience with contractors has not always been a smooth experience but there were no issues at all working with Stavan Inc. Would highly recommend to all.

There is no project too big or small for Andy and his team. He helped me install new closets, paint, do backsplash, trim work etc. He does not skimp - materials are quality and work is perfected. He does not take shortcuts. He educates, provides clarity to the workers on what needs to be done and executes. Everything didn’t go according to plan but that is expected with construction. How that is handled is equally as important as the quality of work. He communicated clearly, called out potential delays, and got on the schedule immediately when parts arrived.

I’ve used Stavan Inc for a few different projects — commercial, home, and even a detached garage — and they’ve been great every time. Andy and the crew are easy to work with, dependable, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Communication is always clear, and the work gets done right. It’s nice having a contractor you can actually trust to handle just about anything.

Andy is one of the best, reliable and creative house designers that I ever worked with. His team is dedicated and very detail-oriented. I would highly recommend using him for any house construction or remodeling project.
