Parcade (Front Entrance)

Great place to park. Should have a sign at exits that tell you what street you are exiting to. Used this facility for jury duty so I'm not that familiar with downtown area. Otherwise, mostly kept clean and felt safe.

My car battery died while I was parked here. I asked for the security guard for help, which he was friendly and tried to help but his boss said they were legally unable to assist.

Went there to charge my EV and walk around town but the only charger available was broken. Wish they had an indicator of availability before you go in there. Wasted time and had to go elsewhere to charge my car

Our car window got smashed and my bag and keys were stolen over the weekend. 2 other cars also got burglarized with windows smashed. As we were getting out of the car we saw the security guard walking around, we also saw security when we went back to the car for something. But I guess no security when all the cars were broken into.

Great charging stations on the 2nd floor (south side). Clean and well lit. The elevators are kinda weird. Take forever for the doors to close even pushing the door close button, but that's not big deal, unless a zombie is coming at you. :)
