Professional installation of my HVAC system was great to receive, but the smaller things like arriving on time, honoring their quote, not destroying plants that were in the way, and even taking time to register the system warranty made them a step above the rest. I HIGHLY recommend Pardee's.

When was the last time you had a) someone to show up on time b) tell you that your unit can be repaired without going into huge debt? These guys are honest, pleasant and don't work on commission. Need. I say more? I had an estimate for an 8100.00 replacement for my unit. The " other company" sent out a charming guy - who never opened he AC unit, just promptly announced at it was the compressor. On a hunch, I called Pardee. They came within 2 hours. It wasn't the compressor. It was the fan. It was replaced at@ 500.00. Let's see ---- 8100.00 or 500.00 Unit works fine. Thank you Pardee.

Brad and Mike were quick and thorough. No AC when it feels like 103 is not optimum. Thank you for seeing us expeditiously and keeping us cool!

Have used Pardee's for many years and until last year I rated them a 5. Last year they were very late, as in 8mos and I had to call them. July 18th last visit. Have called twice and apparently wet weather has gotten them behind. They still owe me a visit. About ready to change. They never called to explain. I had to call them. Sorry, they are great people.

Pardee's Refrigeration and Air Conditioning did the HVAC in our new construction home. The zoning was well designed and thought through. The hybrid heat dual fuel system works like a dream and we have had no problems other than those caused by the homeowner.
