Parish Appliance Repair

My dryer stopped working on Sunday afternoon. On Monday, I placed a call to Lowe’s Protection Plan to file a claim. After a horrible, 3 month experience with my washing machine in July of 2025, with not only Lowe’s, but with the appliance repair company that was assigned to me, I was very apprehensive in thinking that I would have a smoother, more pleasant experience, but I decided to give the benefit of the doubt that this time around would be a better one. I’m so glad that I did. Nick with Parish Appliance Repair, came out to my house on 1-7-2026 to repair my dryer. Only two days after a claim was filed. He called first, assessed the situation over the phone, picked up the part and changed it. Not only was he prompt, he is very knowledgeable and his professionalism is top notch. Job we

Don’t waste your time with Nick. I’m having the same problem as many of the other people on here. Came out quickly, supposedly diagnosed the problem with our oven, and that’s where the issues began. Said was going to order the part, I had to follow up with him multiple times, claiming that he ordered the part but forgot to tell me. That was about 5-6 weeks ago. I’ve left multiple messages, does not return phone calls, I’ve moved on and already called someone else Who also told me that the issue that I was told by Nick is not the issue.. I will never consider using this company again, will not recommend to anyone. Really terrible way to attempt to run a business.

This company doesnt deserve any stars and I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I went through choice home warranty for a claim on my stove and the service call was assigned to Whirlpool who then assigned it to Parish Repair who is a third party that does work from whirlpool. The tech came out to assess the stove but never reported the diagnosis back to choice home warranty as they are required to do. Choice home warranty has reached out to the company numerous times for the diagnosis and given them ample time to respond. Noone from the company contacted them back. It has been over 1month that we have been waiting for simple feedback so that we could get the stove fixed. I tried reaching out to them myself and they didn't answer nor did they return a call after I left multiple messages.

Nick is awesome and quick. After being stood up by my first appliance repair company thru the Lowe's protection plan I was offered this company. He was very thorough and communicated well. Ensuring that he arrived at our scheduled time. Range and stove is fixed and I'm happy with the results

Top notch service. We had a Lowes protection plan and this was the second company to get assigned to the repair. The owner not only contacted me, but kept in touch throughout the process until the claim was settled. Super nice, very knowledgeable and very professional. I would certainly recommend this business to friends and family.
