Park 1 Chicago - 328 S Wabash Ave

Shit parking lot, incredibly expensive for no reason. 40 USD for overnight is wild, two blocks away a place charged me 7 dollars from 2 am until I needed to leave.

Must arrive early to secure a spot or it is hit or miss if you will find anything during business hours. Today was a miss and had to park elsewhere.

Car broken into, no attendant ever, hardly any security cameras. I should have known. Terrible place and will avoid in the future.

I parked at this location and paid for 12 hr for parking and exit on time. They sent me a violation ticket $90 +$5 convenience fee to be paid after two weeks. My parking ticket was on the dashboard and they sent me a mail with photo of my car and saying no parking payment is made and violated parking requirements. They are threatening in the mail saying that if I don’t pay the fine, then they considered in default and assigned to a debt collector. This is insane!

I’ve been using this parking lot for about five years and have never had any problems. The price is great for the Chicago area. I recommend it to everyone!
