DO NOT PARK HERE!!! I reserved a spot here on SpotHero weeks in advance. I included the make and model of my car which triggered an oversized car fee. I paid the entire thing, including the oversized fee, weeks in advance. PAID IN FULL. Got there and they insisted they had no space, in spite of my reservation, paid in full, which I showed them. I made this reservation weeks ago, including what type of car I have, and paid for it, but you didn’t save a space???? I made a stink and they finally let me leave the car. However, when I went back 3 days later to pick it up, they wouldn’t give me the keys until I paid the oversized fee, WHICH I HAD ALREADY PAID and had the receipt in writing. They didn’t care. They wanted more. The man was so SO nasty. This is fraud and extortion. Avoid

I booked this spot online and pre-paid for it. When I went to pick it up, they charged extra “oversize fees”. When we parked, they asked, “did you pay the oversize fee?” I said no because my car isn’t oversize (it’s a standard SUV) and they said, “okay.” When I went to pick it up, my car was magically oversized and they shook us down for extra money. It’s not the first time I’ve seen this practice in NYC but it’s still shady, dishonest, and scammy. It ended up being $30+ for 80 minutes.

Do not park here unless you plan on guessing when they decide to close. I used to park here every time I drove into the city for years, until last night. The staff were not only very rude while parking, but the reservation was until 1 AM, on their door it said they close at 2 AM, and thank goodness I called because the guy yelled at me and said they closed at 11:30 PM, which was by choice and not listed anywhere. When I arrived to their garage at 11:30 after running from midtown to try and make it, the staff tried to force me to pay extra and then proceeded to threaten me. Extremely unprofessional, dangerous, and I will not be using them again.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called in advance to grab my car, but nobody was in the office when I arrived. When I called to get my keys, the guy yelled at me saying I shouldn’t be calling him because he’s busy and that I should just wait until he comes out. Very confused as I waited for several minutes before calling him... He also told me to calm down when I didn’t say a single word because I was so speechless. DO NOT GO HERE.

Such a horrible place!!! The 2 men a had to deal with were so rude to me…I’m just glad my car wasn’t scratch or dented..beware
