Park 139th

Scratched our car! We left our parent's brand new car here for one day and came back to find it had a nice big ole scratch on the driver's door. Came back to complain and they were rude to us, denied responsibility and then told us there was video footage but wouldn't show it to us. They wouldn't even refund us for the parking fee. If you value your car, don't park here.

We left our car here for the weekend and had no issues. No damage to the car and everything was good. The garage was cramped so it was a worry but they took good care of our car, although it was hard to get to if we needed to get something from it but I would use this parking garage again

I parked my car there last night and had to argue with the person that worked there that my car is not "oversize" and not 4x4. 2011 Ford Escape XLS is not 4x4. It is a 2WD. I understand that in NYC the space is an issue, but after checking out what the other parking companies in NYC consider "oversize", my car was not on any of those lists. .

Never park here! My brand new car was scratched after being parked here for a weekend. I confronted the parking attendant about it and he lied saying that my car was never moved but I get notifications every time that my car is moved. I’ll never park here again.

They have a battery scam. They will deplete your battery & charge you to jump your car. They’ve done it to me and others that I know of. VERY rude. I would never park here again.
