Horrible customer service! The staff are extremely lazy and speak to customers with zero respect. The place is always overcrowded, even when I reserve in advance. What’s the point of a reservation if it’s never honored? Very disappointing experience.

I entered the lot at 6:50 am today and didn’t see anyone there. I waited for about 5 minutes for someone to return and then said hello!! Hello! To alert them to my presence. The guy came out and started yelling at me for saying hello and telling me to be patient. I was like bro, I’m just letting you know I’m here. Take it easy. He said, I’m not your bro and continued to berate me. I was like you really need to calm down, I was just letting you know I was here. There’s no reason to scream at me. Then he told me to never park there again. I was really dumbfounded by his viscous attitude towards me. He was so angry for no reason. I was afraid he was going to do something to my car. And I told him he better not do anything to my car. And he LITERALLY said to me, I’ll do what I want and you do

Extremely rude behavior by the parking attendant despite having a reservation. we ended up canceling and finding another spot. Don’t be fooled by the reviews on parking apps/sites.

The worst parking experience I have ever had. I will no longer be using spot hero or this garage. The employee screamed and cursed at my boyfriend when he couldn’t find our ticket even though another employee said we could use the spot hero app reservation page as proof. He made us walk a mile and back to our hotel to find the ticket and said there was absolutely no way he would take the car out. He was threatening to hold it. When we came back with it he tried to say our spot hero reservation was not valid and that we owed more money even thought we had paid for the over sized fee and we came back before the selected time. Was a huge let down and would not park here for any reason!!!
