I had an extremely disappointing and unsettling experience at this valet parking garage. When I first pulled up, it took quite a while for anyone to come out and greet me. This was my first time visiting this location, so I wasn’t familiar with how they operated. When I tried to ask basic questions about what they needed from me (keys, ticket, process, etc.), the attendant was very short and dismissive. It already felt unwelcoming, but I brushed it off and went about my day. When I returned later that night to retrieve my car, the experience became much worse. Today is Nov 16, 2025 and the only reason I gave this parking garage 2 starts is because the price for parking was less than $20-30 and that’s uncommon in Philadelphia. So I am grateful for that aspect. Both employees tonight were rude. Poor customer service and I overheard more than 1 customer say that. When I first pulled into the garage, I asked the first employee how much parking was just to confirm that the sign was up to date and there weren’t any tricks as far as cost and he was very rude and just dismissive. You could tell he didn’t want to be there. May be buddy should find another job that suits him, but hey what do I know lol. Forced valet, not posted as so. Rude and unwelcoming attendant (short older bald man) that served us. His way of "asking" for your slip is the ol "gimme" hand geature with zero eye contact or words...... The younger gentleman who helped others was nice and professional-wish we had him! Only 2 workers after a show so a long line and wait to get vehicle back. And then will damn near run you over while in the "safety waiting zone" bc they parked cars too close to the entrance and need to drive into that zone.....find another spot around the corner - not worth it!!

Don’t use this company. They raise the time your parked and add additional fees. Driving a minivan and it’s considered an oversized vehicle. Avoid at all means.

Very close to Helium Comedy club, like a 30 second walk. Signs say $25 parking but I was charged $32. They said it was because I had a SUV. If you park here just be aware they may charge you more than $25.
