Park America Garage at 1030 Race Street is a fantastic parking option in the city's heart! The location is super convenient, especially if you visit nearby attractions or dine in the area. The garage is clean, well-lit, and feels very safe. The staff is always courteous and helpful, making the parking experience smooth and hassle-free. The rates are reasonable considering the location, and I've never had any issues finding a spot, even during busy times.

Beware of Ismael (guy with french accent). He will try to make you pay more than the posted rate. Make sure you ask and insist on getting a ticket if he doesn’t give you one. He never gave us a ticket and when we picked up our car he angrily demanded that we pay $30 because we lost a ticket that he never gave us.

If I could go lower I would. They charge you for an oversize vehicle even though it fits into the spot no problem. They have an early bird special which is 25 bucks plus the over size is 7 so it comes to 52 dollars??? Does that not add up? It's nice to scam people. Find somewhere else to park if you can

Refused to honor Spot Hero paid reservation. Had spots. Kept saying they "sold out" of spot hero spots. I had to pay full price and then cancel my spot hero reservation and could only be refunded a credit because I didn't cancel in a timely fashion. They did the same thing to my two friends (two cars).

Scammers. Steer away from this place. I was told that they didn’t accept cards when they did and the attendant was trying to charge me $20 and pocket the difference when it was $13. He was really upset when I caught him stealing 😟
