They are good. I like the showroom no fluff and all stuff. Makes you feel like your not paying for a bunch of fancy decorations and spiffy salesman. The guy who shows you the carpet is probably the guy who installs it. My favorite part is when you call, if your lucky enough to get through the lady picks up and says two words "carpet store" priceless and I love this kind of place , really great people and great prices. This is the way a carpet store should be. I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for carpet installation without having to go through middle man and a chain of corporate enterprises that take 90% and give 10% to the people who actually show up and do all the work.
