Park Fast is a well lit and clean place to park your car! It is $12 for 4 hours and $15 for up to 12 hours.

UPDATE: Disputing a charge because I was not late to my vehicle. I know because I was late attending the event. The time on the ticket said less than 3 hours. Paid for 4 hours. $50 ticket Convenient clean parking facility. Arrive early to pay beforehand, and take a photo of your license plate if you're like me and don't have it memorized to input into the self-help kiosk so you don't have to return to your vehicle. Only dig here is the machine does not give change and although my selected charges were $12 for 4 hours, probably parked for 2, I didn't have exact change in cash so I actually paid 25% more. I could've just parked across the street from the symphony. It gave a refund ticket but there was no one there to give change and it wouldn't make sense to drive back to the garage.

Safe and affordable place to park in downtown Dallas, right across the street from Klyde Warren Park and next to other locations of interest within Dallas like the Myerson, Nasher and the DMA. $12 for 4 hours is a steal compared to other pricings for parking in Downtown. You can pay in advance or in the garage either by scanning a QR code or using one of the meters there and entering your license plate.

How hard would it be to install a digital sign out front showing number of available spots? Too many cars entering after already full and causing gridlock and wasting time.

I was running a touch late to an event and didn’t realize payment was needed in advance. Of the approximately 10 signs visible from my truck and I examined each one, only ***one*** of them had the words “in advance”. The font was small and in the same color scheme as everything else, make it virtually invisible. Thankfully, submitting a dispute was relatively easy as was making the appropriate payment, but they only allowed a 100-word explanation, which I find insufficient, so here is my full response: ParkFast staff, thank you “in advance” for your attendance to this matter. “Of the approximately 10 signs readily visible from where I parked my truck only *1* of them said pay “in advance”.
