I read the complaints from different people in different reviews. Honestly I am very surprised with the negative reviews. I had a very good experience, I paid in advance on their web site, had no issue whatsoever. The guy working there was very polite and offered great service.

Amazing garage and very easy parking. Andres who works there is THE BEST and was so helpful with the car. Highly recommend parking here and ask for Andres!

Don’t ever park here!!! I drove Thursday morning from BK to lower Manhattan (40 minutes) for work with no signal of any issues with the car. The car is newer so it will tell me of any issue. I come back 8 hrs later when my shifts over and the guy pulls the car out and tells me it’s dangerous it has no breaks. i ask how and no response he just stormed away. Me in shock wouldn’t understand how when the breaks were perfect when i arrived and i come from driving older beat up cars and never had an issue with break lines snapping from sitting there. I didn’t want to believe someone could do something so awful but i just got the confirmation from my mechanic that it was indeed cut in multiple places. So these people for some reason decided to cut my break line while i was at work. i’m not even s

Avoid this garage. I prepaid online and also paid the supersize charge for my extra large SUV. As soon as I told them it’s prepaid I could see the change in their attitudes. They didn’t like it. Maybe because they make less?? I don’t know, but they tried to scam me saying I didn’t pay the “supersize charge”. They tried to charge me the extra $15 again and then said it was only $5 and I told them I’m not paying anything additional because it was paid appropriately in full. When I returned to get my vehicle they said next time they won’t honor the online reservation. I filed a complaint with Parkwhiz. Don’t give them any additional money. If you have to, call the cops. They’re crooks

We were foreigners with a rental staying a couple of days around Wash Sq Park. First day we got lucky with a curbside (free) parking, but when we had to clear that spot, I was circling 50 mins to find another free spot - simply impossible. This garage was just fine, staff is to the point in communication. Picking up stuff in between was easy peasy. Our car was put upstairs by elevator, so it took about 6 mins to get the car back; no scratches, no problems. We paid 46 US-$ per 24 hrs, which was fine in comparison in the internet and also to friends we interviewed. (Midtown we saw available offers around 90/120 US-$ per 24 hrs...) Short walk from B/D-train. All good.
