Park-It 2280 Frederick Douglass Blvd

I waited over an hour for my vehicle due to unforeseen elevator issues. The person working did explain that they did call an elevator person who gave no specific time on when they would be coming to fix the elevator so imagine being ready to pick up your car at 4:30 and not leaving with it until 530… Not great service not recommending not coming back.

I park my car here often and I’ve never had a problem. Patrick, Mario, Frank, and others have been great. However, the man who has been working mornings has been giving me problems. Can never get thru on the phone, takes over 15 mins to get my vehicle out, and has an attitude. Saturdays are my busy work days and he has made me over 30 minutes late a few times already. Honestly, if this keeps happening, I might have to find a new garage.

-3 stars for the morning fella who asked me if it hurt when I fell 3x before he let me go. +1 star for the night attendant who is a sweetheart.

Only went here because it was close to a meeting I had. Would have rather let my car rot out on the streets then pay 36 bucks for not even three hours of parking. IV been to city spots that charge 16 bucks for 10 hours. If your gonna park here it needs to be monthly because one time shots will cost you your car.

Horrible customer service, the guy even gave me a fake name when I asked him👎🏻. Rates are ok
