Unless you want to get harangued by the attendant who lost his temper all over us, don’t ring the bell clearly marked, “Please ring bell for service.” When I came to retrieve my car, I found no attendant on duty and no one in the garage. I waited approximately five minutes before ringing the bell. The attendant, who was retrieving a car for someone else waiting outside and out of our line of sight, lit into us about ringing the bell. It was fairly unhinged. I guess the dude was having a very cranky day. Not sure what happened to him earlier, but rudeness seems to be a theme in these reviews. If he doesn’t want people to ring the bell, maybe he should consider working at a garage that doesn’t put up a prominent sign inviting people to do so for “service.” When I was being screamed at,

DO NOT PARK HERE. Absolute horrible experience. I prepaid parking and missed the window to checked in because they took long to check us in. When checking out the attendant immediately yelled at us to pay more. He was extremely rude and we finally paid for the sake of getting our car back. This place is a scam.

I prepaid to park my car here for $27. When I came back to pick up my car, they refused to give my car back to me unless I payed them more money. I’m a New Yorker, I’ve seen quite a bit but not this. Why advertise a deal on entry and not keep it? Then hold my car hostage. The attendant was extremely rude, screaming and yelling at me so I called the police to assist me with getting my car back. I would never trust my car at this garage again. Shady people.

I made a reservation at this parking lot in advance from 10 pm to 4 am.. Prepaid online. When I got there, they told me they close at 11 pm and i have to cancel my reservation and find a different place to park. They didn't refund my money. Don't park there.
