Employee stated that garage hours referred to vehicle entry time only and that garage was open 24 hours for vehicle pickup by ringing designated bell when gate was closed outside stated hours. Bell for access when gate closed is prominently visible and labeled. I explicitly confirmed this with employee as my former garage operated the same way, as many do, and this was important to me when choosing a new garage. Was left stranded unable to retrieve my vehicle at night, incurring higher garage fee, hundreds in alternative arrangement expenses, and hours lost returning to retrieve my car, where a different employee stated there is no vehicle access past 11PM.

Will not park here again. Brought my car in to park on 6/14/2019 @ 7:35 am. Walk around car an no scratches. Picked up my My car @ 5:30pm that day and there was a big deep scratch on the rear bumper that wasn't there in the morning when I left it. I spoke with the Manager, and he claims the camera systems were down that morning up until 10:30am. This was after he told me that I entered the garage with the scratch on My car and they had video proof. I suspect they have the video proving the car did not have the scratch when I entered/hence the story about the surveillance systems being down to cover themselves. Will never park here again. Pull up to lot, rung the bell and waited for the attendant (like the signs told me to do). A man rounded the corned with his arms up asking me what i wanted. Well clearly i would like to park there. I rolled my window down and told him i bought a voucher through parking panda and showed him the receipt on my phone. He asked why i didn't print it out and i told him because it literally said on my receipt to screen shot the voucher and show the attendant. He told me that he was going to have to keep my phone until i arrive later that night to pick up my car. I simply laughed and told him thats not going to work. What are they f working for? I reserved spot by the app, but, one of the person who working at the morning said seriously it is your last time to reserve the spot 9:30-8 because the stay was too long. I am curious that are they have any option to disconnect the app if do not want to reserve by the app.
