Wish I read the reviews before. My car was hit here and the management staff kept giving my the run around. David the manager never called me back. Very frustrating. Esteban was very rude, Jessica gave me the run around. Unethical practice use another parking lot. They feed of people desperation to get parking.

We parked here on a Sunday night without a reservation. The attendants were very friendly at drop off and pick up. The garage is accessible 24/7 compared to a lot of parking options in the area that close at midnight. When we came to pick up our car the gate was closed, which they had told us in advance would be the case so we rang the bell and the attendant let us in within two minutes. Easy, friendly experience that I’d recommend and plan to use again.

I selected this place through SpotHero for $40 for an overnight stay (6 PM - 7 AM, 6/23 to 6/24). An hour after I had left the garage to go to an event Sunday morning, I found out that my aftermarket wheel was scratched (picture attached) -- I drive a 2017 Subaru WRX with 18X9.5 +35 offset wheels (stock wheels are 8.5" in width, +50 offset). Attendants were nice and the entry attendant actually performed a walk-around my car. Exit attendant just grabbed my car and gave me the keys, so I don't know if it was on entry or exit that the damages occurred. The parking garage is fairly small, where I think they hold about 20 cars (two rows deep, two rows high). They have a lift system, where I think they scratched my wheel because there's a 4-6" side ledge for each lift spot. Overall, be careful

If I could give them a lower rating, I absolutely would. They kept us waiting for 30 minutes, and continue to let others go in front of us. Careless, lazy workers. I would not trust them with our car

DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE WHATEVER YOU DO. A direct quote I received from management today was “your reservation isn’t a guarantee there will be a spot” which is absolutely insane. Why else have a reservation system? I felt like Jerry seinfeld, clearly we have different meaning of the word RESERVATION! And if they don’t have a spot, no warning. You find out when you show up and are stuck in the middle of the city. This garage is run terribly, they took my money and had no spot, and then were completely rude about it. I had to call their office multiple times to get my money back for a service they did not fulfill and never had any intention to. Please see other recent reviews, this place will take your money and then not have a spot for you, probably hoping you don’t fight for your refund. Ab
