Not bad in terms of busy parking lots. Hydraulic stacks four cars tall (maybe more). The attendant is helpful. Pricing is fair given the hassle of streetside parking in this area.

Highly recommend this parking lot! The wait was minimal at drop off and pick up, all gentlemen working were very pleasant and efficient. They had my car very accessible for pick up as they asked for an idea of what time I would be back. The lot is outside, this is not a covered garage. Great location, smooth and my car felt very safe. I will definitely park here again, thank you!!

Very convenient location. Great for downtown events. Park here for Little Italy or Chinatown visit. There are tons of great restaurants near by. It is very close to Broadway shoppings too. Spring Street and Mulberry St are great for shopping also.

We parked for a few days. The first attendant was not clear on the real cost. Very high, despite the Sohotel discount. When we picked up the car and asked for a clarification, the attendant in duty became very aggressive and unprofessional. I felt threatened. Completely unacceptable. The car was scratched while parked there.
