Park-It 400 West 155 St

After beeping no response at 3am. Called the phone number listed he pops up and comes to the gate to say no room waving his hands saying he's full but there's no signage outside that reflects he's full. I wouldn't have wasted my time. Not to mention his body language was very rude... Accent maybe Russian... f150

I park here on multiple occasions but the last visit, the parking attendant was very irate and aggressive. The machine to process the credit card payment was not working and instead of resolving the issue, the attendant was becoming hostile towards me.

Great parking garage. Was hard to park in the area so this garage was very convenient. Always got my car in a timely manner. The attendants were all friendly except one who was always seemed angry but I get it. He still stored and retrieved my car without incident. Call their number if you have to park late at night so they can open the gate.

I went there yesterday afternoon (7/9) to park my car. The agent working there started yelling at me about where I was idling my car (I had been waiting for him to come back from parking at a car). I couldn't understand everything he was saying, so I asked him to explain himself more slowly. He started yelling at me more loudly. The yelling and anger were uncalled for, to say the least. I asked him to give me back the keys and I left.

Great parking spot near by the apt. The staff was friendly and prompt to get your car out. They accept card and cash for payment / open 24hrs. Will definitely come back when I need to park the car.
