I would like to bring your attention to this parking place. The service people were really rude. Not sure why they yell at their customers. They ignored your “thank you”! The worst place I’ve been. Very unpleasant experience with this parking place. If you have other options, please go other places.

Every morning I pick up my work van. The parking attendant, he is simply amazing. Very professional and always with a smile on his face. They always have a parking spot and the process is quick, simple and efficient. I would recommend the place to friends and family. They are the best.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I experienced at the garage located at 403 Lafayette Street on Thursday, September 19, 2024. I arrived at the garage at 5:03 PM for a business meeting and informed the attendant that I would be staying for 1 to 3 hours. Everything proceeded professionally until I returned to pick up my car at 6:31 PM. Upon returning, I was told that the parking fee was $75 cash, without the attendant scanning my ticket. When I pointed out the rates displayed on the wall and expressed my preference to pay by credit card, he insisted on the $75 cash charge because my vehicle was an SUV. After some discussion, the correct amount of $39.14, including tax and the SUV surcharge, was agreed upon. However, the situation escalated when the attendant expressed diss
