Park-It 74 Hudson St

I used walk by this parking lot almost everyday when I lived in Tribeca. A unique space. I never had a car to park here, but walking by it, I often admired its contribution to the character of the neighborhood. I had a horrible experience here. I dropped off my vehicle at 10:00 AM and told the employee I would pick it up at 5:00 PM. However, due to an emergency, I needed to retrieve my car earlier. I texted the number at to request an earlier pick-up time, and when I arrived at 40 minutes later, the employee was rude and told me it would take him TWO hours to retrieve my car. He claimed the garage was “super busy,” which I found hard to believe given that one of his coworkers was sitting idly and texting on his phone. When I pointed this out, the employee became defensive and told me I just had to "come back later." He then falsely claimed that he didn’t have the keys to some cars, and couldn’t move them to get my car. At this point I had to call the police because the employee’s refusal to retur

Guy was very rude didn’t even let us park and started yelling for no reason. Insane

Their advertised rate was misleading. They charge $15 more for my mid-sized SUV. Most garages do not do this without disclosing when take your keys. There was a reason why it was half empty during a week day.

Beware of the rip off! Parked SUV several weeks ago, it was a standard rate 24.00+tax. Parked again today. When went to retrieve the car (was parked less than 1 hour) attendant notified that the fee is 50$ because it is an SUV. When he was confronted that several weeks ago the rate was standard for the same car he made up the story that it was a discount. When asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager (yeah, ok). Owner/management company, please take a notice!
