I’ll start with I’m very disappointed at this place. We recently had an incident where we were notified of a small dent hardly noticeable on our car still we needed to find out and fallow protocol on how it happened since we felt and still feel we didn’t do anything. We have been monthly parking at this location for 3 years and nothing has ever happened that’s until we updated to out new car. We noticed Mauricio in front of me was opening the door and allowing it to hit the elevator walls. The first time this happened I didn’t say anything because I know sometimes things happen but there was a second time and this time my husband noticed and we said to him to please try and be gentle and that it was a new car.
