I don't write reviews unless I deem it necessary to write one. First, they ask for $58 for overnight parking. Online, it's $50. Why the discrepancy? Second, when picking up the car the next morning, they now say it's $56. We try to pay by card, the guy says internet is down and the card reader doesn't work. We try to pay by cash and give $60 expecting change, and they say they don't have cash. So let me get this straight; you're trying to run a business without accepting card payment nor providing change? What are you trying to do here exactly? For prospective customers, do not go here and find elsewhere. For the owners and employees, I sincerely hope your business goes downhill (more than it already is) and sits there.

Not a very pleasant experience. They scratched the bumper and side mirror of my rental. When I pointed out the damage, they claimed that the scratch was always there, even though you can clearly see the paint left by their white walls. We also saw how reckless they were with other cars they were parking. Didn't argue too much. Not the worst thing in the world. I was able to buff out most of the damage.

The employees rushed me and quoted me the wrong price. They conveniently didn’t tell me that trucks are charged in 12 hour blocks. So for a 13 hour parking spot I was charged $250. Absolutely ridiculous because I told the attendant the night before exactly what time I would come back and he said it would only be around $150. When I returned in the morning, there were a different set of employees and they refused to help or care that their coworker miss quoted me.

DONT EVER USE THIS GARAGE. DAMAGED MY CAR...... got my car back after 33.5 hours of using their garage. Cost $89. When I received my car there was a huge dent in the back of the car. I told them that they dented my car and the attendant immediately became aggressive with me saying he just started his shift and he has no idea who dented the car. Not only did they refuse to refund the $89, they said there was not ANYTHING they could do about the situation. When I said I’m not going to leave with a huge dent in my car, he shouted “fine! You don’t want to leave?!” got back in my car as the keys were still in the ignition, and sped the car backwards down the ramp dangerously into a small spot. I asked if the employee could please wear a mask. He then argued with me saying that masks don't work, that I was forcing my beliefs on him, and that I should go somewhere else if I had a problem. They don't care about safety, and they'll argue with you to prove it.
