The entire team is great! Very professional and usually there is no wait. Highly recommend anyone in the neighborhood to choose this place for monthly parking

The employee was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and hostile from the moment I arrived. Instead of helping me, they showed zero empathy or basic customer service. The worst part is they charged me $12 for being there less than 2 minutes while I was just trying to figure out what to do next. Avis was closed so I needed to figure out if I needed to park there overnight or go somewhere else to drop off the vehicle. When I tried to explain the situation, they acted like helping customers was a personal inconvenience and showed absolutely no respect. Save yourself the money and headache by finding anywhere else to park.

Really disappointed in this parking experience. Parking attendants try to grab an extra $20 from folks to give them “priority” when the garage is completely empty. Dishonest people.

Update: DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE FOR ELECTRIC CARS. They have now ignored multiple charge requests such that twice my battery completely drained and killed the car. This has caused permanent damage to my car and cost me thousands in repair fees just to get it running again. Convenient but warning for electric car owners: it always takes between 3 and 6 phone calls to get them to actually put your car on the charger, if then. I'm constantly stressing over the battery dying and picking my car up uncharged. Price is nice but killing your battery is expensive and having to call so many times is absurdly bad.
