Park Lane Garage (Pilgrim Parking)

💰💸 expensive! 30 bucks for 1.5 hours Not sure if the high prices are meant to dissuade people from parking here (whatever the reason might be) but: there was nothing telling us how much we would spend until to late, i.e. we reached the entrance and we didnt want to go through the hassle of going in and then out. Also: really low ceiling. If you suffer from claustrophobia you might want to avoid

Spent half an hour waiting for an attendant to let me out after my card didn’t read. The call for assistance is disconnected so you can’t call for help if attendant isn’t in office. Of course this only helps if the attendant will come and help you. Honestly I was on the phone with the company when the attendant came to speak to me after a line formed behind me. I was debating calling the police non emergency number to have them come let me out.

Arrived for a graduation, parked and then when we left they put up an event parking sign. Should have been ~25 dollars and they charged us 40.

Beware of this garage. They use bait and switch pricing— while you see a price, they’ll charge you 3x what’s advertised.
