This entire company is a complete JOKE! I parked in a lot by complete accident and got a violation for $75.00 which included a $25.00 late fee for a violation I never even received! I’m so happy lot 18 is permanently closed! I hope they all close! They’re nothing but some thieves! I’ll rather take an Uber to any place I need to go than to pay this place a dime!
I was charged for a spot I didn’t have any knowledge of, somehow my card was ran for that spot, I called the company which was quite easy but they would NOT refund my $10, other than that they’re easy to use, especially when you’re in a rush
