Park right Parking

The 2 male Hispanic attendants were terribly rude to both my fiancé and I. Made us back our car all the way back up the ramp backwards, just to let out a car that was not on the ramp yet. They could've and should've had the other car reversed where it was room and safe for everyone including the pedestrians walking pass the entrance. When we were coming back down the ramp after backing all the way out, they tried to say the garage was now all of a sudden closed. The whole time we were at Lenox Hill radiology next door to the garage for our appointments we were worried that they would vandalize the car. They were extremely rude and nasty when I said I was going to to make a complaint. I would suggest the garage around the corner on 76th street btwn park and Madison instead, they were muc

Guys assaulted me in garage and charged me 35$ even though I didn’t park there. I was there for a couple minutes making sure I was in the right place: the guy cursed me out and drove my car w recklessly

Wanted to thank Richard and Gabriel. They are true Gentlemen and World Class. They made my experience to the Big Apple much better than expected. Very helpful and very kind. Worth every last penny. I would recommend them to everyone I know and then some.

I didn't have any problems parking here. We come to Manhattan every month.

Don't use them i made reservations with them when got to the parking lot it was full had to park at the airport parking
